Operating under ISO Standard 17024 guidelines for personnel certification, the institute maintains rigorous standards for organizational integrity and exam development procedures. Our mission is to provide comprehensive certification services efficiently and effectively for the medical gas industry.
Program Development
The certification programs were developed by prominent medical gas and vacuum systems specialists. The Certification Scheme Committee is made up of ASSE 6050 and 6055 certified medical gas instructors, industry experts, and highly qualified educators. Programs address professionals involved in design, installation, inspection, testing, operation, service, and repair functions.
Organizational Structure
The organizational framework includes examination committees for each certification and an oversight committee. MGTI's certification exams are developed, updated, and maintained by the examination committees. Staff includes two in-house exam developers holding advanced educational degrees.
