For personnel involved in inspection of medical gas and vacuum systems. Requires 2 years experience and a 24-hour training course covering NFPA 99 and related standards.

For professionals conducting testing, inspection, and verification of medical gas systems. Requires 2 years experience, a 32-hour course, and both written and practical exams.

For professionals verifying bulk medical gas systems. Requires 2 years experience and a 32-hour course (16 hours for current ASSE 6030 holders).

For individuals maintaining medical gas systems at healthcare facilities. Requires 1 year experience and a 24-hour training course covering NFPA 99 and NFPA 55.

For individuals teaching required classes for ASSE 6000 certifications. Requires 10 years piping experience, ASSE 6010 certification, and a 40-hour training course.
